This auction is for 1 (ONE) ‘Protectus’ Coin Folder for New Zealand circulating 1 & 2 cent coins from 1967 – 1987
The closed folder measures 145mm x 190mm and it opens flat for all-at-once viewing.
The holes in the folder are slightly tapered to ensure a tight fit and to prevent coins from falling out.
To insert a coin into the album: Place the album on a soft but firm flat surface (i.e. a towel on a table) hold the coin by the edge with one edge tipped into the hole then press the high edge downward and towards the lowered edge.
The wearing of gloves is recommended to prevent finger marks and oil from being transferred onto the coin surface.
