1065 High carbon steel Katana. Alloy tsuba. Brand New. The blade is new anyway. The lacquer started to peel off the saya so I sanded it all down and refinished it in matt black with a teak oil rubdown. There is a small flaw in the form of a filled in saw cut just below the kurigata, hardly noticeable. I should have spray painted it in hindsight. Razor sharp. Unlike a lot of other similar stuff being sold on TM this actually is RAZOR SHARP. Strictly R 18. Not an item to fool around with, or practice movie tricks and stunts. Supplied with a cotton sword bag and a three tier stand.
