Samurai Swords made in Japan

Ornamental set that is probably quite old.

They were purchased many years ago in an antique shop in Wellington. That buyer is now deceased.

The Wakizashi has been sharpened and it is as sharp as a sharp kitchen knife. Could be used for cutting up cabbages I suppose or water mellons.

The Katana has not been sharpened so it would be safe to use in dojo practice.

You wouldn't really want to be waving around the Wakizashi however :)

The two swords come with a display stand.
