This is a good copy of a Prussian Cuirassier lobster back helmet. Made from brass with leatherette liner and in a very large size. Dimensionally and aesthetically accurate, obviously not of the quality of an original. This would be ideal for an office/ library display, as a gap filler in a collection for those not wanting to spend $10K plus for an original. Would also be great for fancy dress, theatre productions and steampunk art. Ask all questions prior to bidding as all sales are final.
