Solid riveted brass and it stands at an impressive 700mm tall.

This is a particularly rare piece. My research has it being manufactured in the 1930's and was used for scrub clearing. The only other example I know of is in the Jack Morgan Museum. I would be interested in hearing if anyone has more knowledge on this piece.
