As above a crome brass container that holds the carbide for a lamp which I think would be for a motor cycle, has plaque on side with instructions and mentions name MILLER. Basicly the knob at the botton unscrews, the bottom comes of to reveal the chamber where the carbide goes in, water goes in the top and there is a knob to turn which drip feeds the carbide. Would have had a swivel bracket attached to wing nuts but that is not there.
