HOW TO ORDER:

1. Please send your image/s, text, logo or design requirements to us
2. We will email you back a design proof.
3. Once you have approved the design we will start on your order.

IF WE DESIGN YOUR ARTWORK: If we design your artwork, we will create a design proof for you using your image/s, text, logo's and design requirements. This is a free service which includes one (1) free design. However, if you only want photo's printed, you may submit up to 25 photo/images to us.

IF YOU DESIGN YOUR ARTWORK: If you want to create the artwork yourself, we can send you the design template. You may send artwork to me as a .psd, .pdf, .jpg, ai, cdr or .tiff file and can also submit up to 25 different design variations for this auction.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER BE: We usually dispatch within 2 working days of approval of design. Delivery takes approx 1-3 working days. For larger orders over 1000 units, please allow up to 3 working days for dispatch. For urgent orders, pick-ups can be arranged.
