made of tin ,it says seasons greetings ,good luck,from j.r.mckenzie .ltd,pottery inner is in good condition and is still in blackened condition (not cleaned),j.r.mckenzie ,started mckenzie,shops in 1910 and i would think that this inkwell dates from maybe the 1910,s to 1930s,just my guess,as per pic it has some surface rust where the pen rest is,i think mckenzies turned into woolworths? so good piece of nz history!
