A very rare 1920 commemorative postcard.. I have never seen another like this one..
A well detailed black and white picture of King Edward with all his regalia
"Our Late Beloved King Edward VII Born 9th November 1841 Died 6th May 1910"
A verse below reads;; " Today Britannia mourns her greatest son, And all the world's an ether-wave of grief The tolling bell, the roar of booming gun, Bewail the passing of the Empire's Chief..." etc etc Ernest Aldridge. Protected 7/5/10 - S.N. & Co."
Reverse divided, blank and clean. S. Newcomb and Co Publishers Auckland Card in very very good stiff clean condition.
