Another piece out of mum's glory box, sure to be over 50 years old,no labels but pretty sure it is cotton and not sure what it's use was as I have never seen it being used. Thanks to another trader this is known as "Huckback Towel".

Very attractive with the green and purple embroidery - Scottish thistle.

As can be seen in the photo, has a drawn thread like hemming and patterned border at both ends along with a sort of moss stitch look for the main body of the item.

Approx measurements:

Length = 94cm Width = 51cm

In excellent condition, cannot see any marks or holes.
