THREE ORIGINAL TOM SCOTT CARTOONS

This auction is for a set of three original Tom Scott cartoons, plus a DVD of the Inside Child Poverty documentary. Once the auction is won, Tom Scott will sign each cartoon, personalising them for the lucky winner!

Each cartoon is A2 size (594mm x 420mm). They cover a turbulent time in New Zealand’s history and feature wonderful caricatures of Robert Muldoon, Roger Douglas and Ruth Richardson.

They were drawn for ‘Inside Child Poverty: A Special Report’, award winning director Bryan Bruce’s compelling TV documentary. It sparked a national outcry and a New Zealand on Air controversy. See the snippet of the doco these cartoons feature in at too http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FUxvgAA7KT0

Tom Scott has been an outstanding cartoonist since the 1970s, drawing regularly for the New Zealand Listener, the Evening Post and its successor, the Dominion Post. He has won numerous awards, including New Zealand Cartoonist of the Year (five times).
