This is an original watercolour painting called "First Rose of Summer".

The painting itself is quite small at 12 cm x 7.5 cm, however, this has been placed within a frame measuring 27.2 cm x 22.2 cm - depth = 2.3 cm.

I use artist grade watercolour paint; Arches 100% cotton watercolour paper; and acid-free tape or acid-free glue to secure the white mat board (by Cresent) to the painting.

The frame was sourced from a custom framing store here in Hamilton. It is a beautiful quality frame that can be hung directly on a nail in the wall, or you could attach screw-eyes and wire if you desire. (please see photo of the back).
