Quite a neat, and quite textured original painting that is signed K Lund and says on the back that it is Bronte Bridge. The signature could be Kay or Khy. The painting to me looks quite good. The frame itself is dirty, needs a clean, & has marks and wear etc but its fine for what it is. Frame measures approx 710mm x 460mm odd. Can possibly courier cheaper if you live closer to Waihi.
