The return of Peter Decker & Rina Lazarus

At 8.15am, a commuter plane carrying forty-seven passengers crashes into a building in Los Angeles. The LAPD's first priority is to allay fears that this is another terrorist outrage. Their second is to explain the bizarre mystery they discover in the debris.
