Author Biography

Jan Bilton is highly respected for her simple-to-prepare, tasty recipes, and her reputation is based on the innovation and the reliability of the dishes she develops. She was the face of NZ's Foodtown magazine for 16 years. Jan now lives in Nelson and works as a food consultant promoting NZ products on television and radio internationally.
