Backyard Poultry is a very practical non-technical book about how to keep poultry successfully in backyard and smallfarming settings. The major emphasis is on fowls but there are also useful sections and chapters on ducks, geese and turkeys. The author Glenys O’Byrne has been a well known Taranaki fowl and duck breeder and was co-editor of New Zealand Poultry and Game Birds Magazine.
