An excellent resource for family history research with its listings of all the streets in the regions and those living there. Plus an alphabetical listing of all residents living in the regions at the time. Published by Stone, Son & Co, Dunedin and Wellington, 1941. Hard cover, 25 x 15 cm, 1410 pages plus appendices. The binding is tight with no missing pages and does not appear to have been used. There is light age browning to the pages and some very small tears and corner folding to some pages as photographed. Note the entry for Stan Graham in the Koiterangi listing. Graham, the man who killed seven people before being killed himself, died just four months after the publication of this book.
