This is a highly readable & collectible book outlining the lives of an isolated family back in the 1950s, when ginormous sharks (see the photo!!!) were caught in the Manukau Harbour in Auckland. Now VERY collectible- if you can even find one anywhere- they mostly seem to be overseas- this is a very readable book that has been well looked after. An ex-library book, still has a small tag on the spine which in no way detracts from the book itself.
