Orange cloth cover with black lettering and black dog. Black lettering to spine. Dust jacket orange with more black dog illustrations. Small circle cut from dust jacket spine and fades corresponding circle on cover spine. 2nd edition 1936. Delightful black illustrations by author. Adventures of Roddie a black terrier originally appeared in Daily Sketch. Illustrated by The Author, this story continues to record the lively doings of Black Rod, the very popular black Scottie.
Endpapers browned, text has scattered foxing, but mostly clean. Dust Jacket is in very good condition, with 1 small closed tear on corner and sunfading to spine. Dust Jacket un-clipped.
