Irene Tuscia Large Pastel "Inside Out". Signed "Tuscia" & dated 1979 at bottom right. Artist's name & Title "Indie Out" verso. There is also more printing but I cannot read all of it. It says "First Place (something) Art Exhibit & some more indistinct words. There appears to be some dirt on the inside of the glass but I don't believe it is on the matte. The image is in very good condition under glass. The matte appears to also be very good & the frame has a few little bumps or marks. Size: Image 495 mm high x 635 mm wide. Frame 710 mm high x 840 mm wide.
