Mauriceville School is a small country school 25 km north of Masterton. It is situated in the Mauriceville Village which consists of the school, a few houses and Hatuma Lime Works. It is surrounded by beef and sheep farms and a few large lifestyle blocks. Mauriceville is well known for it's numerous keen crafts people who generously donate to the school to help with fundraising.
