This product can contain imperfections in the griptread face but due to this, you can get a good grade 5 groove side for the fraction of the cost which can be in comparison to premium grade. There is also a mixture of merch grade quality in it as well. We personally go through and grade to suit the face you require to make sure the imperfection is in the side you don't plan to use..
