*All goods have been removed from the properties and are stored at our Savills Road yard ready for collection. Our yard is located in Yaldhurst, Christchurch. Collection address is emailed following purchase.

• Pickup for goods is 7 days a week within our opening hours 8.30am - 4pm. Items must be collected within 7 DAYS of purchase. *We accept online payment or cash, eftpos, credit cards & cheque at our office on collection of your goods. A 3% surcharge will be added to credit card payments.
• All goods are second hand and clearly in a used condition. All items have some degree of wear and tear and in some cases damage which will be noted, where possible. We aim to describe this as accurately as possible, in some cases damage may not be noted. All items are sold as is, viewing at our yard is highly recommended prior to purchase. Appliances have not been tested and are not guaranteed to work. Some kitchens may have items missing, there will be no credit or refunds for missing parts. Most joinery items do not have keys. *We will provide a 100% refund on your Trade Me purchase if you are not satisfied at the time of collection.
• Please ensure you bring an adequate vehicle and trailer to collect large items and someone to help you with loading. We do not have staff available to help load items. *Freight collection is to be organized by the buyer and at the buyers expense.
