These plans were designed site specific for a west facing section.

A total of 15 pages of working drawings with this design and the plans were not used.

Duncan did design our current house and we love it. His attention to detail is outstanding.

We are selling these plans well below cost as we had them drawn up and never built this house.

These plans were drawn up prior to Canterbury Earthquakes so they may need adjustments made for new foundation laws etc.
