Walls and roof are made of 50mm metelcraft insulated EPS panel 100% New Zealand made not the cheap overseas EPS panel that is flooding the New Zealand market

All electrical work is done by a certified electrician a COF comes with this building The building has been built by trade certified EPS panel installers

The building has a ranch slider two 1.2 meter x 1 meter windows a frosted bathroom window and a 800mm x 400mm kitchen window

There is a small kitchen but we can customise to your needs 10L califont for hot water and a macerator pump for waste water Shower is 900mm x 900mm toilet included and hand basin
