A KITSET OFFICE /STUDIO/CABIN or Sleep out , comes in 6-8 pieces. A kitset so it can be taken into most sections.

We can custom build a sleep out to your design, or to suit an area you have in your section.

We supply all hardware and a plan. A drill is required to screw walls together.

NOTE: Our windows/glass doors/French doors (The Joinery) are all recycled/second hand so we may not be able to supply the exact windows as pictured in the trade me pictures. We have a small supply of recycled windows or we are very happy to use your own windows if you have them available .

Recycled French and Sliding doors do NOT have external locks. These need to be supplied by you once you have your cabin home. A locksmith easily fits an external lock to these doors.

We will supply brand new joinery which is always better than recycled joinery and recommended by us. Whereas recycled joinery is normally very well used by previous owner and we supply this joinery as is.

The auction is for the kit set Sleepout which is not internally insulated or lined inside.

Treated Pine Timber Weatherboards and Decking .

This SLEEP OUT/Office must be assembled and painted within 4 weeks of receiving otherwise any possible warranty will be void.

The sleepout/Study/Office on auction is NOT Painted and is NOT stained.
