This machine is designed to sharpen every knife on the market and can also sharpen both sides of the knife with minimum adjustment. This sharpener keeps the knife cool while sharpening to give longer lasting sharp edge. It has a slow speed motor, a special stone and a built in cooling system to avoid heating the knife. Having sharp knives you can get better chop length, reduce fuel consumption up to 20% and also makes your machine easier to drive. The stone will sharpen on average 500 knives. Each sharpener is sold with a spare sharpening stone. The sharpener also comes with separate cooled stone which is used to take off any birrs that might be on the knife edge and a cleaning device to clean the knife before u start a sharpening process.
