QY-400A Dry-type copper recycling production line. Quick & easy to set up, and cheap to run. One person can feed this machine. This granulates, then seperates the pvc granules from the fine copper. It is at least 99% efficient.

Machine is near new, set up for demo purposes, and has approx 10 hours use. It is a completely self-contained processing plant. It is versatile, and economically suited for both small and large operations where scrap wire is able to be processed. The machine would suit recycling yards, manufacturing plants, or a small stand-alone business.

The cable is fed into the machine by hand or conveyor, where a series of heavy cutter blades shear and slice it into small segments. These segments are moved through an air and vibrating separator where the high value conductor material is quickly and effectively sifted and separated from the insulation materials. Plastic insulation and other waste material is moved by an extractor fan and collected in a container.

The product is an extremely clean, fine granulate that can be sold directly to the smelter as a high value material. A 200 litre drum filled with Copper granules weighs in at approx. 1 ton.
