Returns: Measurements are stated therefore no refund for incorrect size. If you feel item is not as described please make contact before placing feedback as we would very much like the opportunity to resolve and have customer satisfaction at end of each and every trade. If refund of any sort is agreed upon, this refund amount will NOT include shipping.

Delivery: All items are sent through NZ Post using their red national post bags. We are not responsible for lost post. We will not accept negative feedback for lost post. Non-tracked is your responsibility. We highly recommend sending items tracked as this will insure your parcel with NZ Post at $1.50 extra. Also we send via courier at buyers cost and request. We do combine post cost for multiple items which will be emailed to you at auction end. Please do not assume post cost.

Payment: Payment in full is expected within 5 working days of auctions end. If you are unable to do this but still wish to purchase then please contact me before bidding. Layby available. We allow up to 6 weeks maximum for total payment. Please enquire via the Q and A column.
