A New Heart For Lily

Lily will soon become what is believed to be the youngest New Zealander ever to receive a heart transplant. At 22 months old she has already had three open heart surgeries. As Lily is too small to receive a donor heart in New Zealand and the only possible place now is Melbourne, Lily and her family must move to Australia. The family now needs help to raise money for moving costs, and living expenses while they race to save Lily.
