2. The color of the gown may appear lighter or darker in tone depending on your monitor settings.
3. You may need to steam iron the dress as shipping creases.
4. Tailoring may be required for all quality garments to achieve the best possible fit. Please allow 1-2cm measurement difference.
5. Layby is acceptable. A deposit of $30 within 5 days after wining, the rest to be paid in 3 mths.
6. If you have problem with the item please contact me within 3 days after receiving the item. For standard size dresses, shipment, TM success fee and 20% handling fee are non-refundable. Custom-made dress(es) can not be returned unless under special circumstances. For custom-made dresses, shipment, TM success fee and 40% as deposit are non-refundable.
