Old used Wacom intuous 3. Still in full working condition. Cleaning out my house and getting rid of old things I no longer need. I have an intuos pro now, but the intuos 3 still works well for any digital art work. Comes with pen of course.

There are some tiny specks of black paint on the bottom and possibly a bit gritty under the buttons.
