• VIEWING: Viewing and testing of equipment is not possible.
• CONDITION: The equipment was maintained and working at the time of decommissioning, however it is offered on an “As is Where is” basis. We make no claim about the condition of the equipment and bidders accept they are bidding on this basis.
• SHIPPING: We will not ship goods, although bidders may make their own arrangements. Goods will be made available to the successful bidder to collect within two working days of the auction ending. Goods should be collected within two working days at a prearranged date and time of such advice being emailed to bidder, otherwise alternate arrangements to collect will need to made. Loading of goods on to vehicles is the bidder's responsibilty.
• BUY NOW: No "Buy Now" or "Fixed Price" prices offered. Auctions ending without selling will be re-listed.
• The information presented in this auction is to the best of our knowledge an accurate description of the equipment offered, however we accept no responsibility for any errors made and bidders accept they are placing bids on this basis.
• Any electrical compliance etc. should be regarded as having expired.
• For the successful bidder, payment by bank deposit should be made within three working days of the auction closing. Sorry we cannot receive cash payment. Where contact and/or payment is not received in this time-frame, bidder is advised that goods will be re-listed.
