We didn’t edit brightness/saturation of a photo trying to show the real colour and texture of the item. However some monitors can show it a bit different. In our experience 99% of customers are happy with colour of fabrics/zips but 1% were expecting a bit different shade. If you would like to be double sure about colour/texture of fabric/ thread, you can order a sample, it will cost $2. If you are up to bulk purchase of zips, please buy first one zip and see if you are happy with a colour/ quality. If you are not happy, we refund your payment, but the shipping is at the buyer’s cost.

We send the parcels once per a day at 1-3pm. If your payment has cleared till 11.30am, the parcel will be sent at the same day. If the payment has cleared after 11.30am, the parcel is more likely to be sent on the next working day.
