Gorgeous combination of mesh yarn and lace which knits up into wonderful ruffle type scarves.

Available in plain colors, one hank will make a scarf in a couple of hours!

You will require a pair of 2 - 4mm needles. Instructions are on youtube.com

You can knit into every hole of the fabric or try experimenting by casting on fewer stitches or knitting into every other hole to change the length or drape of the ruffle.

Once made you could also use the ruffle to decorate garments, bags or cushions.

Lace is Punched Fabric – a wide, sheer scallop-edge lace, just like you’d find in a fabric store, except that one edge is pre-punched for knitting. It comes in a wide range of solid colors and is ideal both for scarves and for embellishing your couture knitting – imagine a bit of real lace peeking out from a cuff or collar or skirt, or edging a wedding shawl. Creates a full-size scarf. To use it, cast on 8 stitches on US #4 - #8 needles, and use every hole. To add depth or density in embellishment, or to achieve a “starched” look, you can work through two or three holes at a time.
