This is a wide angle panoramic camera from Lomography. This exposes the entire negative including around the sprocket holes for a unique look. The exposed frame is the width of two normal 35mm frames. 30mm lens, which has the same angle of view as a 15mm lens in the horizontal direction. The insert for blocking out the sprocket holes was not provided to me when I bought it, so it is not included. The whole point of the camera is to expose the sprockets, so I never missed it.
