Transformer Volume Control kit. Bought this a couple of years ago but never got around to wiring it up, cost around $700 new.
It has 24 switched volume setting & also has this facility to lift vol by 6dB. Unit is quite easy to wire together, lowest output to 1st position on the stepped control position, then no 2 to no 2 etc until you get to 24.
Comes with 10 quality Gold plated RCA phono plugs & 4 way selector switch
