This one size fits all head mount can be used directly on your head or on top of a helmet to capture a human eye perspective angle. The sturdy strap can be adjusted to fit and made tight and secure.

The strap is stable but I would not recommend the head mount for high impact activities as there is a risk if bumped that it will come loose as its on your head you might not notice it has change angles or even slipped off, it also could hurt you or your camera if you are not wearing a helmet and hit something A chest mount is more protected and also means you can keep an eye on the cam if you are getting rough.
