Worn occasionally when I was having chemotherapy and still has lots of wears left for someone who is undergoing similar or who has alopecia or wants a different look. Synthetic but has been 'dyed' shades of blonde/brown with darker roots to look natural. Shoulder length with slight curl at bottom. Microfilament construction with mesh at the very top so scalp can show through. Velcro adjust at base of skull.
