The massage chair comes with an invoice and a warranty card. I had an option to extend the warranty during the covered period up until August but since it was well looked after and still is in a pristine working form, I've decided not to. There is no fault or damage whatsoever and it was kept in the well ventilated (DVS) and low humidity north facing living room.

I would say it has been used once or a few times a month so less than 40 times in total. We had a rule to use it only after a shower :D

I bought it for my parents and they are in great form now. We have a beagle, a ceragem bed, a pamper and an uCozy so this is a surplus.
