About the product:

• This product provides warmth to your feet. It is like having a hot water bottle on-the-go. It heats up rapidly and lasts for 4 hours. If your feet are warm, your whole body feels warm. Suitable for travel/field work/army/ski field/indoor/outdoor etc.
• They can also be used on other parts of your body if you want.
• As it helps with blood circulation, it provides relief from muscle pain too.
• Self-adhesive, single use, odourless
• Apply them on the outside of your socks.
• Temperature: 53°C to 68°C
• Heat duration: 4 hours
• Comes off cleanly, no damage to socks or inner soles
• Use natural ingredients which can be composted after use.

Use: DO NOT apply the heat pad directly to YOUR SKIN! Remove package & adhesive liner; Position and press the pad on the OUTSIDE of your socks. It heats up in 5 minutes. DO NOT adhere to long-fibre socks.

How it works

• Ingredients: iron powder, active carbon, vermiculite & salt.
• Opening the package will activate the heat pad. It is the process of oxygenation that generates the heat.
• The medical-grade adhesive allows the pad to be applied to and removed from your socks easily.
• It doesn’t work when it is wet
