This is a personal transporter - can be used by adults or kids. It is very stable and easy to use. It travels at around 10 km ph. It has 3 batteries which are all brand new and are rechargeable. It is in good condition. Great for use in large factories or warehouse - I bought it for my elderly mother to use after she had a leg operation - she did not want to be in a wheel chair and she found this really fun & she was able to come out for walks with the family on it.
