Some uses for Grapefruit white It is believed by aromatherapists to be a spiritual up-lifter, and to ease muscle fatigue and stiffness. It is also a purifier of congested, oily and acne prone skin. Grapefruit oil is also sometimes added to creams and lotions as a natural toner.

Grapefruit white blends well with Other members of the citrus family, rosemary, cypress, lavender, geranium and generally most spice oils

Cautions for Grapefruit white None declared, though in rare cases it may cause some photo sensitisation.

Some suggestions of ways to use essential oil in general. Massage: around 10 drops to 20mls of base oil. Bath: 10 drops of any essential oil per 20mls of milk or honey then add to the bath and disperse evenly. Inhalation: add a few drops of essential oils to a large bowl of near boiling water (never use boiling water), place head over bowl, cover head and bowl with towel and breathe deeply. Burners: fill an oil burner with water, add a few drops of oil and light the candle.

Whenever using 100% pure essential oils, be very careful as they are extremely potent and should be kept out of the reach of children. It is always also advised, if you are using an essential oil for the first time, to do a patch test.
