3. LOST ITEMS -I cannot be responsible for items being lost by NZ Post. If NZ Post does lose an item I will do my best to help with any claims as I keep all receipts.
4. DAMAGED ITEMS - I wrap items carefully. Please appreciate that I am not responsible for any damage sustained to the item caused by NZ Post during delivery and will NOT refund or replace in the event of damage.
