Great for aches and pains or to warm up. My 100% wheat bags are made with cotton fabrics that are fun and will wear well. Warm them up in the microwave for 3.5 minutes with a cup of water or pop them into a snap lock bag in the freeze for when needed. Please ensure you bag cools right down before re-heating.
