Cast iron antique bed with intricate brass features. Previous owner said it dates to somewhere around mid 1800s.

Has a modified spring base to fit a modern mattress. Extremely solid, with dovetail-like joints on each corner instead of screws and bolts. Can come with a used but clean quality mattress. Seems to be a large double.

Small chips and dents as expected for the age of this bed.

Pickup from Dunedin preferred, but can arrange shipping at buyer's arrangement and expense.
