Ever seen a cake in a cafe and desperately want to make it yourself? Well here they are. I was a pastry chef for 11 years, working in a lot of cafes in the Auckland area as well as overseas. I am now a stay at home mum and loving it but am quite prepared to sell my recipes for a dollar or two each to subsidise my very merger income of NONE! haha

Here is a list of recipes I am selling, my favorite is my morobar and caramel mudcake (its crazy good!) and these cakes are my own creations!
