Only flour used in the South Island is from New Zealand. Recipes includes NZ Vegetable Oil.

Preservative Free. Taste, Smell and Feel the Difference.

This is especially important in a Wrap, as the product is so thin, any preservative is overpowering with a strong citric taste and smell.

Also, as soon as a packet is opened, the very nature of a preservative causes the Wrap to quickly dry up and crack when trying to fold. This can dispel any folding claim written on the packet.
