I made this in my workshop, it has been sanded down making it as smooth as glass, and oiled 4 times with a vegetable oil 3 of the edges are beveled

The Kauri is from the Coromandel ,at least 200+ years old , so this should last you a good life time

400 mm Length ( 16 inches approx) 300 mm Wide ( 12 inches approx) 35 mm Thick ( 1 1/2 inches approx)

I have people say this is a too nicer piece to use as a chopping board , and should be used for decoration in your kitchen

It would look excellent as a cheese board at home or in a high class restaurant

It would make a great present for newly wed's or as a gift for anybody over seas
