In hard water areas, Nespresso recommends that you descale your machine after 300 cups of coffee.

If you are having trouble with water flow, your machine appears to be blocked or your coffee is not hot enough, descaling might provide the answer. Take a look at troubleshooting guide in your manual and you will see that descaling is essential for the ongoing performance of your machine

Simply add 1 x 15 gram tablet to 500ml of luke warm water and follow your machine's instructions.

Each 15g tablet comes individually wrapped and will dissolve up to 3g of calcarious deposits.
